We’re very excited here at Caffe Streets to be testing out Baratza’s newest grinder, the Vario-W. While looking very similar to the previous Vario, this one operates on a weight based grinding system instead of time based. They have accomplished an enormous amount of problem solving in putting this grinder together and we’re already reaping the benefits in the flow of our pour-over bar.
